My Mams stairlift has broken down on a Saturday morning, struggled to get through but when we did they responded quickly. Hoping it's going to get fixed.
I wish I could have used dolphin stairlifts! Getting a lift fitted for an ill parent is stressful enough. They said they would measure up and fit a temporary lift the next day then refit with a new stannah within 2 weeks. No problem, no stress! Unfortunately the local social services like to use handicare so it took over 3 months and endless inspections and checking a wooden staircase for asbestos is a waste of time! Now it’s fitted it broke down in 6 days…. A few weeks later same problem again!
1st class service, ordered on the Friday an fitted on the Monday morning. 2great lads. Thank you
