Bad experience! The location of this company is not convenient particularly if you are on a tight schedule.The shuttle bringing you there is specific to Hertz/Dollar and the Marriott's hotel,and you may wait quite some time before to get it. The staff is not very friendly and they tried to overcharge us an additional day . This company may look cheap first but at the end lot of trouble and stress I will not recommend it.

I’ve been renting cars for a very long time and I can clearly say this was the worst company to work with. They’re Manchester location on google maps is incorrect and in reality they are located in the Marriott under the name of Hertz. The customer representative was unprofessional and passive aggressive for no reason. He was ill informed about their own product and had us change to his colleague. Undgå hvis muligt. Vi har betalt for bilen i 3 dage men da vi ankommet til Manchester sagde de at bilen er annulleret og vi mistet vores penge
