Great staff, very helpful and professional
My car wouldn’t change gear and needed a garage for the RAC to go to near my destination. I rang Dolbear at 9am on a monday morning and explained my problem. A very polite young man said bring it in even though he had jobs lined up. By the end of the day I was called by Jordan another nice man who explained what I needed. I was kept informed at all times and of costs until my final bill on Friday. What a friendly, on the ball and honest Garage this is. The guys identified and sorted a problem the first time. Another local garage had 3 attempts previously and was unable to work it out.
Called dolbears garage yesterday as our MOT ran out and we desperately needed the car for hospital appointment and I honestly couldn't thank the guys at Dolbears garage enough, fitted us in the same day I called and the car was fixed by the following day. Honest, reliable, reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning for repairs and MOT. I felt that the guys at dolbear garage was professional and cared about their customers rather than conning people like some garages.
