This so called animal caregiver caused injury to a ladies dog by having him tied to tightly. The only thing she offered to do was refund her money. The puppy had blood pockets in his eyes from damn near strangling him. And to bathe him ??? REALLY ??? If this was my baby not only would I sue her ass her ass would BE MINE !!!!!
Why would you allow this to happen in your business? People trust you with their pets. Most people love their pets as family, just as I do. You could have fixed this by firing the employee and insisting on paying the vet bills. Now your reputation is ruined and I believe you condone animal abuse and hope you close your business, are forced to pay for Cooper and his families pain and suffering, & the groomer should face criminal charges.
I'm am not even from the State in which you are located...You deserve to be shut down and prosecuted....Look at what you did to that poor Doxie....Strangulation???? really....I'm sharing this on every single facebook page..along with that poor baby's picture!
if I lived closer NO way would my dog go there...close her down !!!!!!!!!
Sharing from New Hampshire... this place should be reported and SHUT DOWN !!!! That poor dog, how could that not have been noticed by the groomer !?!?..and what were they doing to him that caused him to practically strangulate himself
