People can say anything that does not mean it is true! I have been taking my babies there for years with no complaints! They love to go & are happily loving on the groomers when I come to get them. They do a great job!
If my baby had been strangled while in her care, best be believin' I'd give her a taste of her own medicine, and negative reviews would be the least of her concerns. She better pay for this.
Horrible practices. I would not trust this place.
Be careful! This establishment injured a dog by restraining him to the point of strangulation!
