Just heard that you guys strangle dogs and then don't take responsibility for them. In a life of social media and karma, for your sake I hope you stay in business. Take responsibility, what goes around comes around. Hope no one treats your animals this way, or you for that matter. Man, hurting an animal in this manor is like harming an infant. They can't tell you, all they can do is cry and try to feel better. Such pain, sorrow and agony. Poor dog. You should feel ashamed, disgusting and right your wrongs. You will not be in... read more

You're awful and should be closed down for good I cannot believe you think that woman is worries about her grooming Bill. No bi*#h she wants her dog to be okay and you won't pay the vet bills when it's clearly your fault. DISGUSTING

What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? theres 2 sides to every story, and lets face it most people will believe anything they hear history has proven that. So with only one dramatic (as a pet parent i know that the dogs mom was definitely emotional and therefore im shure there was some exaggeration) side of the story lets form a mob and lynch her like they did in 1600.

Someone should take responsibility when someone's fur baby is hurt while in your care. Shameful. Absolutely shameful. Pay the vet bill. Do the right thing. Waiting to see the outcome before I share a certain story I just read about your subpar care.

How can I give 0 stars? You should be locked up along with the rest of your staff and have the key thrown away. Anyone who abuses a helpless animal is the scum of the earth! Then refusing to pay the vet bills. WHY does God create bad people? Maybe the strangulation of that dog wasn't by you, but you better damn well move mountains to find out who did it!
