Do not take your pets to this place...take them to posh pet spa. I've heard countless stories of "trauma" and now this with the puppy yesterday. It is unacceptable no MATTER the explanation
I have been taking my dogs to Doggie Do's every 2-3 months for the last 16 years and have NEVER had any problems. I will be keeping my previously made appointment for this week.
Too many complaints of abuse at this place of business. Animal abuse is a misdemeanor, and this business should be investigated ASAP!! Judge Judy would love this case

This is why if my pug baby goes anywhere vet included my husband or i stay at his side no drop offs. This is irresponsible no love and will NEVER receive my business. Should be prosecuted. Can't even post without giving a star. Pitiful
They Hurt animals and don't care. Wow!!!! Never will go there. EVER
Take responsibility and pay for the mistakes you made. Don't take your dogs here. Have been hearing stories and I wouldn't trust my furr babies in the hands of these people. They obviously don't care about customer service nor their dogs!!!!!!
Very scary how you treat animals. I would never bring my dog to you for grooming or anything. You obviously don't care about your customers and their precious pets.
Is it legal to retain ppl and treat them that way... I think not. Maybe if it happened to her she'd take responsibility. I'd get her for animal cruelty
