Totally loved my buying experience of my new Ford. J. C. was amazing but here today for my first oil change. I have been here since 7:05 and it is 8:40 still not ready. People coming in after me out before me. I am thinking this is not the service department for me. I am use to 20 minutes quick lanes. Very disappointed!! Now I'm just mad two more people came in after done before me!!
I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in just over a week ago due to transmission issues which were covered under a recall extended warranty thankfully. The customer service was horrible. It was so horrible that I decided I was done with Ford altogether. I told the one & only competent & kind employee, Rich, that when I got my car back I was having it detailed & trading it in for a Chevy. Two days after I got it back I had it detailed and two days later I traded it in for a 2016 Chevy Trax LTZ.
Went in for a steering linkage problem. Not only did they get it right away, they had the parts on hand. Very pleased overall..
The Toyota lot is on the same property and under the same umbrella. I have to say after sale customer service is poor at best.
