they don't have security on their ship in my experience and had a truck stolen that was in for work. it took 2 years and a lawyer to get Brad to pay up.
Had scheduled a service appointment online 2 weeks in advance and received appointment confirmation by text and email. Arrived at scheduled time and service person said that they dont receive appointments made online and that they dont have any main line service repair mechanics availble on Saturdays.
