Its 2:11pm on a Friday and I just pulled in to get an oil change. Get out of my truck the service guy comes over and tells me they can do it but it will be 4 hrs if i still want it done???? Then he suggests I take it somewhere else. Wow ia all I can say. I stopped in parking lot to write this review cause im still steaming. So if you need your oil changed in less than 4 hrs dont come here or at least thats what the service tech told me.

I just stopped in to get an oil change and my tires rotated and no one ever came to help me. Safe to say that doenges just lost a customer.
So I bought my Explorer from you all about a month ago. They did a wonderful job on the deal but once I signed the paperwork the service got bad. They promised to order trim pieces for me that were broke and update software and that has yet to happen. No one returns my calls or anything! I am sooooo not happy with the service after the sale! It stinks!!!!
I was very happy with the deal I received on my Hyundai. I had the pleasure of having two sales people, Roxy and Mark. If it wasn't for them I probably would not have ended up buying my vehicle. They went Above and Beyond in working with me on my purchase and I really truly appreciate them and all of the Doenges family. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
