The general manager yelled at my mother on the phone. Very unprofessional. They called me when my vehicle was done and gave me a quote. I go to pick it up and they give me a different quote. Every person I talked to was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Very RUDE. They don’t stand behind what their employees say. We purchased a vehicle in May 2019. Dealership did not provide the lien release when purchased. They provided once we asked about it. Next, they added on a warranty that was neither asked for nor explained other than "you need it" and "it covers everything". Took it in to the local dealership for a repair and guess what. They never filed the warranty paperwork. Be very careful about this dealership.
They try and charge me 1000 dollars to instal a tow package on our car, truck traits will do it for 335 total pick up my car from work and bring it back!!!!!!
