Can I give this place a 0? They are not worth a 1. I have been screwed by the service department twice on oil changes. Both times Shadow was involved. I was told it was going to be cheaper with the oil they was going to use. It came out to $80. Then he told me they didn't know what oil to use so they used what they could find. I then called the service department and was literally called a liar by Andrew. I drove all the way from south BA because of the price. Then I get charged $80. Screw that. They refuse to stop emailing me after selling me a car that had been totaled. They are still lying about it. Go to another Toyota dealership out of town.

I love new cars, but buying a car is stressful. My experience at Doenges was great. Still stressful because a new auto costs a lot of money. I checked prices on Fords and other brand's comparable vehicles in surrounding areas. In the end, Doenges made a good offer, and I love my new Ford Explorer.
