Waited to get a price for Chest X-ray for 1 hour. They sent me to two different places and no one could answer. The lady tasked to give me the price said I didn't have to get services here and could go somewhere else. She was looking at quotes on prices from a print out that said 2014. The lack of competence from staff at both front desk and women's center was pathetic. I will not recommend and will look elsewhere before coming here again.
The two times my children have had to go into the E.R., the staff has been nothing but helpful, considerate & always go into the infection and/or injury in detail. Confirm method of treatment & time efficient! I wouldn't go anywhere else in Laredo for an emergency!
They were very attentive and we're always on the look out to see if I needed anything
