I feel devastated at trying to inform about my husband’s last hospital stay. Repeatedly, l have asked myself , how can a group of professionals treat an eighty eight year old man so unprofessionally. How can this group of professionals leave a patient who’s critically ill with diarrhea with a soiled diaper for hours. I went to the ER on Jaime Zapata the doctor there was simply amazing the best bedside manner I have ever received at any hospital I cant rememner her name but she is amazing … I recommend her 100%
Called 15 times To the business center and no answer straight to voicemail then I called again to ask who I could speak to and the lady was rude and hung up on me
