I'm not agree with your new rules. ER nurses cannot give information to the family of the patient even when my daughter sign a paper where they can give information, neither left to a familiar come in with them. They didn't ask what medications my "adult" daughter is taking , and she is breestfeeding and they didn't told her if all that medications are compatible with breestfeeding and she didn't ask. RecommendedI couldn’t be happier with the attention and professionalism my nurse showed. She went above and beyond making me feel at ease and tranquil during a very difficult and stressful time in my life. I was in the hospital for a week and two days and each day my nurse would make me feel better not only with medication, but with a smile and can do attitude. Laredo definitely can use more nurses like Hope Turner. Good help is definitely hard to find in this town, I was lucky enough to do so with her!

Doctors Hospital is the definition of incompetency in the public health system. Just a plain horrible hospital. Do yourselves a favor and travel to S.A. for medical care, if you can. You'll end up dying in Laredo.
I had an MRI done today for the first time ever. I have been in so much pain lately. I was so scared and had no idea what to expect. I want to thank Mr. Eloy Ramirez, the MRI Technologist, for his excellent professional and compassionate care. He is so dedicated. He explained everything step by step and made sure to take my pain into consideration. Thanks to all in the ER, admitting, lab, and radiology who have taken care of me.
20 people in the lobby waiting. One person working the lab. Earlier today same thing. Absolutely no sense of urgency. I do not recommend coming here unless you have time to waste. Going on 2 hours just to draw blood?!?!?. The message is that they just don’t care.

I do recommend it, because I was treated and I felt better. However I had gone into the new ER Clinic across from the cemetery. But I was left for hours alone. I called the staff and they would not come. I finally called the doctor by raising my voice and got his attention. I could hear him speak of a woman who was terminally ill. I think they should have an office for private call. It’s a new place so they have room for improvement.
