As someone who hates needles Dr Vale was so patient and professional during my treatment - I’ve been having Botox for years and this is the most pain free I’ve ever had - also had profihilo for the first time and he was great explaining everything to me and doing the treatment - extremely gentle - would highly recommend. Plus the clinic is beautiful such a calming environment and spotless.
