I have been a patient of Dr. Mackey for over 10yrs. I absolutely love going to see her. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help you. Dr. Mackey is very personable. She has come in over the weekend to see me for follow ups to eye problems that I have had, alot of other doctors would put you off till the following week day. I love her knew office, it's much nicer than the old location. I highly recommend her!!!
Convenient if you live in that area but not for me as I am on the other side of town. Service is hit and miss; usually they run late. I was treated poorly the first time I went in but I think that lady is gone now. Ended up costing me money for glasses that didn't even work; I stopped using them - just too much of a hassle to go back and deal with the staff. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
