She and staff are very professional, and friendly
By far the most unprofessional, unresponsive most ridiculous office I have ever encountered. I wonder if Dr Mackey even knows half of what her office staff does. I love how for three months I have called this office and received absolutely no response from the office manager Karen. I’ve been trying to receive contacts with no luck. Why? I would like to thank everyone at Mackey Eyecare for making my appointment a wonderful experience. Dr. Mackey made me feel like I was the most important patient that she has, knowing however, that of course I am not. It's obvious that she has a passion for her practice. Once finished with my exam, I was taken to select a set of frames that I'd have to live with at least until my eyesight changes again.
