They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the selection of frames and options. Very fast turn around service on my new glasses/prescription lenses. The office was very easy to locate. Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice? Yes, they had a huge selection Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes

Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I am a new patient of Dr. Mackey's and I can say that I am very happy with the care she has given me and my children. My kids absolutely adore her! She is very knowledgeable and real easy to talk to about what problems you experiencing. It is a very quite and clean office with what looks like very modern technology in there. I have never before gone to a doctor that is better at fitting me with the correct contacts than she is. Highly recommended!
