We had shattered glass in our front door. Nickie communicated with us extremely well, even responding to emails after hours. We had a time problem due to a hospital appointment, and they went out of their way to accommodate us- fixing in the new glass at 8am. The cost was very fair, and I have no hesitation recommending treatment from this Doctor!
Replacement of misted window glass was done very quickly for a good price. Doctor Glass are a pleasure to do business with - local firm with a personal touch. I would definitely use them again.
We had some panes of glass, which is sealed from the outside, replaced by Dr Glass several years ago at the front of our house. We are just having our windows replaced and the fitters noted that the panes replaced by Dr Glass hadn't been secured with security tape which meant someone could have broken into the house in less than 30 seconds.
Replaced an unusual shaped window for us. Good job, reasonable price, no fuss.
I cannot recommend Doctor Glass highly enough, for both service and price. Both the "Doc" and "Nurse Nickie" were very professional, prompt and tidy. Richard.
