Great service and great communication from Josh and Jen as always. Have used Doctor Carpet for years and they always do an excellent job in a timely way and at a reasonable cost.
We recently had our cream carpets and a rug cleaned Thank you Paul! both of which had heavy mascara and makeup stains, as well as muddy paw prints from the dogs after some work was done outside the house. To our amazement, all the stains were completely removed, and the carpets now look brand new—clean, cream, and fresh again! The rug, which we were ready to throw out, also looks as good as new.
