ITS A SCAM. please whatever you do don’t fall into this trap. My poor grandmother was scammed for serveral hundred pounds and has not been able to recover it. when you answer the phone they are indian. red flag straight away and they were not reassuring when you would ask them question (eg. time of arrival for emergency services saying 20 mins when we live in a remote area and has taken up to 7 hours before) also there was a lot of background noise similar to what would be recognised as a scam call centre

Scam and scum. This company called my father in final weeks of terminal cancer, who was in a very confused state, claiming to be affiliated with the NHS and got him to take out an annual £249 subscription for a pendant and provide his credit card details. When they called back, fortunately I answered and we immediately cancelled his credit cards (fortunately no money taken). This company is despicable beyond belief, scum of the earth, tantamount to stealing for elderly people - they should be prosecuted for theft.

Scammers using a spoof telephone number to appear from another town, Google maps show the address, its a house not an office
