Love this place. We go there every time we go to gettysburg.
Absolutely a great finish to Gettysburg day. Food, atmosphere, waitresses, ..perfect. definitely a must!!!
We just had dinner here at the spring house tavern. Awesome! The French onion soup was outstanding, the dressing on the Caesar salad was great, the double rum punch was knockout. The museum tour was eye opening.
The wait staff was great, the food even better. The crab cake was the best.
My husband and I ate at the tavern for lunch during our honeymoon, and it was so wonderful that we had to go back for dinner the same day. I wish I could give this place 30 stars. It has the feel of an old time inn with a nice menu variety that felt authentic. They had great beer on tap, and great food. Out favorite was the classic onion soup. Had dinner there last night with friends and the onion soup was the best I ever had. Had breakfast as a B&B guest this morning....outstanding!
