Our second visit in three weeks (we live in Pasadena MD). By the time we were sat on the patio the spit chicken was unavailable. So I went with the Pork t-bone special. Pork was tender and delicious but was served with sweet potatoes. I love sweet potatoes but the pork had a apple cider glaze and there was too much sweetness to this pairing. Just a suggestion but maybe a garlic mash or an au graten potato. Service was great and the rest of the meal amazing except no butter for the rolls.
We dined here last night for my daughter's birthday...from out first encounter entering it was nothing short of outstanding. From the staff to the food we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. And our waitress we had was extremely very nice and gracious with us and went out her way making the evening a very special one for my daughter...we look forward to our next visit!
We come once a year and always come here! Kings soup is the only thing i have ever tried! I wont mess with perfection! Very crowded go early and be ready to wait!
Our fault for not accounting a long wait time. I'm guessing it would be 5 stars if we'd been inside. Had to eat on the patio but, it was a great night for outdoor dining. Patio is same menu as th tavern. Food was amazing. Best Onion soup and Rueben I've ever had! Everyone in our party raved their food.
Onion soup was awesome. Strip was also very good.
