Awesome. One of the best places I have ever gone too
One of our all time favorites. The colonial decor, the historical building, friendly staff, and fantastic food! The crab dip was delicious and of course we always get the King’s baked onion soup. Fresh food. Great atmosphere. Perfect after a day of museums and battlefields before you head out for your ghost tour. Have a couple Rum Bellies Vengeance drinks and you may see more ghosts. 😉

This place is so special to me. The food is great, staff is friendly service is excellent. Old romantic place in the winter the smell of firewood just adds more character and charm. My husband gave me my engagement ring here. I never had a bad experience homemade bread the list goes on. Its worth checking out.
Best spot in Gettysburg! The French Onion soup is a must. We enjoy dining on the lower level. Love it!!
We were so excited to eat here again...but it was short lived. Was not the atmosphere I remembered. No warm fire place on this super cold night while waiting 50 minutes for a small table right next to the entrance where people entered and exited. Unfortunately, the table candle went unnoticed with the bright light shining on our table. Food was also not what I remembered. French onion soup was edible and Ruben sandwich dry and sad looking.
