Had dinner upstairs. The atmosphere was nice, food was lacking...not only in quantity, but quality. Here's the description of what we both ordered: "GETTYSTOWN SHRIMP $27.95 A generous portion of tender shrimp topped with Lump Crabmeat and topped with His Majefty's imperial sauce. Then baked in a slow oven and served up on a pewter plate juft right." What we were served: 4 small shrimp overcooked with a dollop of dry crabmeat and a scant pea sized drop of some kind of sauce. Great atmosphere , food was excellent , very attentive service
My husband & I visited for the first time this evening for our anniversary dinner. We had seating next to the fireplace which was AMAZING. From start to finish our whole experience was perfect. My husband said his steak was cooked exactly how he asked. We will be back for more special occasions!
Great food and great service! We ate upstairs and the canopy tables are lovely!
