Started our really well, had great and friendly service when my vehicle was being diagnosed... Waited to hear about a part being ordered and never heard from them again. I even called twice! Very odd.
I care for my 84 year old dad and had to buy a new car 4 months ago and I took out a warranty n my car which is great . DMS signed up to the scheme and I found them on my list of garages to undertake work for me as I needed a new coil pack , spark plugs and a thermostat . They gave the car back to me without fixing all of my issues after charging me a small fortune initially . Disappointed. Cluster issue not fixed but still charged, then failed to respond again to me, even when I called and emailed a number of times requesting a call back. Eventually, they apologised and offered a refund on 10th April, refund received on 12th May. I was informed that the person doing the refund was on holiday. Poor customer service from start to finish. But at least I got my money back, eventually.

Some of the greatest people I have met in sales, sold me one can say a legend of a car being the mx-5 even thought Im a new driver I thought I would be judged but Ben and his dad did the complete opposite and were extremely helpful with everything and excited for me to be driving such a beauty. They even helping me in getting a day insurance as it wasn’t working for me to get back. I’d seriously recommend them 10/10!!
