Diabolical gross professional misconduct from this so-called solicitor, not a clue about injunctions or high court orders, unlawful issue of documents and don’t know how to serve injunctions or high court orders. Catastrophic breach of confidentiality. Avoid them like the plague. They’ll only lose cases for you.!
All my opponent had to do to win my case was just ignoring DMH's communication. From our point of view as customers, their level of incompetence is beyond any degree of basic knowledge of the legal field and beyond any degree of acceptability from the customer point of view. Until I decided to give up, we went through the first tier, appeal, consultation with external councilor (I still don't quite get why we needed a consultation)... and on the other side, they had to do nothing but doing nothing at all.
