Staff extremely rude
The mortgage advice and brokerage service provided by Richard and his team DMC Properties & Mortgages is second to none! An informed and professional approach. He was able to secure us a fantastic mortgage with a high street lender with no stress or fuss. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Cant recommend him enough. Absolutely fantastic service from a very helpful and enthusiastic team. They have made buying our first home as easy as possible. Scott has been so helpful from the first viewing and making an offer. Jayne (and initially Richard) with Mortgage, Life insurance etc. They have made the whole process easy and seamless. Taken a whole lot of stress out of it. Avoid these people! And I can't stress that enough. The worst financial advice I have ever got. And they charged me for it, anyone else takes commission. I also believe this was done deliberately as I was clueless going into this and the only people that profited from the advice was the bank and DMC. I also think a lot of the tactics they used are sketchy at best, if legal at all. If I could give negative stars I would.
