What a totally shambles of a company brought a ford transit 96,000 on the clock in February on 1st of june van broke down the wet belt had gone had done 102,597 phoned and spoke to craig about this who explained to me and said the warranty had run out a month earlier but was willing to repair the van so phoned my broker to explain this after a long conversation they told me even tho I had a 3 month warranty I was covered for 6 months under FCA and will speak to dls on my behalf after weeks of being with out a van and losing ... read more
Great service, 100% recommend this place
Went to view a van and arranged it. Chaps there with a different van that looked the same. Different reg Engine management light on Rear light and indicator lights needed to replace Stop start no working No spare tyre Didn't mention any of this when asked if there was anything to know before coming to see it. Warrenty had no terms and conditions and was just on his word (no paperwork) Overall a van presented that wasn't the van on the advert. Nice guys though and looked to have some other good looking vans.
Terrible company, I bought a van, he said it had a 3 month warranty, I drove 2,000 miles and the van broke down, it went to the workshop and I spent £1347.20 pounds and he never answered me again or returned my calls. Do not buy anything from this company.
Purchased van, wasn't given the V5 slip, had to chase and chase but still no V5 so had to pay and order ourselves. This was a business purchase and have had to then invest significantly on the mechanics as the handbrake was shot. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole and very untrustworthy!
