My fiance had previously put a deposits to hold a ring at another jewelry shop. He went to DJ and stated as soon as he walked in he knew he had made a mistake by putting a deposit on the ring at other store. He was so happy he walked into DJ. My ring is gorgeous. They were so easy to work with and switch the things he wanted in the ring he loved. I am very happy he went to DJ. The ring on my finger is absolutely more beautiful then I ever imagined.

After a jeweler shipped my wedding ring out to fix a bent prong and resize the band, they ended up stretching the band so thin that it bent. I never thought I would be in a situation to have to replace my wedding band! We wanted to work with a local jeweler who would do their repairs in house so we went to D.J. Bitzan. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and nonpushy salespeople. We went to many jewelers shopping for engagement rings and D.J. Bitzan had by far the best selection! I LOVE my ring!

The best place to find your jewelry great people easy to work with
I did not purchase a ring from here, however the day of my rehearsal my jeweler went MIA, Erin was the only person in town willing to help and get the ring I had resized immediately, will be in again soon as this is THE place to go.
