I rarely, if ever, write reviews. Recently, I got a gold necklace with my dad’s thumbprint on it, who had passed away recently, and am having my first baby soon so I got a letter charm for her first name that I wanted connected to the same chain. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the care they took in creating my ring from scratch. The staff is welcoming, patient, and Nadine was wonderful to work with. She assisted my fiancé with finding a beautiful ring and walked us through how to keep it in perfect condition!
