We had gone to 3 jewelers in search of the perfect wedding rings. Today we went back to DJ Bitzan.. The customer service we received both times were exceptional. It was so nice not to be pressured at all!
My fiancé bought the ring from D.J. Bitzan and it is absolutely stunning, it surpassed my wildest dreams. They worked so well with him (we both aren’t knowledgeable on diamonds) After the proposal Jordan and I went back to make sure it was the right size and they gave us an engagement gift! They truly go above and beyond.
I have purchased several lovely rings and a necklace from DJ Bitzan’s over a number of years. Their personal attention and friendly staff keeps me coming back... and I love their social media posts!
