D.J. Bitzan's customer service is unlike anywhere else. I really appreciate the help I received from Chris and the team yesterday on fixing a situation that occurred with my wedding ring. Chris personally drove my ring to my place of work and made the situation right. I cannot say enough about how well I have been treated as a customer through this company. Thank you!

Dick and his staff are great. I am a second generation DJ Bitzan Jeweler customer. Even relocation to NC could not sway me to use anybody else. I started out working with his dad, now I work with Dick and next in line I'll work with his daughter....

Almost all of my jewelry is from DJ Bitzan Jewelers. My husband has good taste so my mother's ring, two pair of diamond studs, a tenth wedding anniversary band with diamonds, and my past/present/future wedding band have come from there. I tell all my nieces and nephews to go there and I know the majority of them have. The work and great customer service, and quality pieces will keep me coming back and keep me sending my friends and family there.

Fantastic! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and I was a little confused as to why only because we live in Fargo, but after visiting the store this past week and meeting the people there, I see why! They are great!!! I needed my ring resized so they ordered a new mounting for it and needed to transfer my diamond into the new mounting.
