Recently we had my watch cleaned and My husband’s ring resized and re-antiqued. The service provided by D.J. Bitzan was phenomenal!! I am thrilled with the results. We are customers for life!!

My fiancé and I had extremely good experiences both times we’ve went to DJ Bitzan. Their customer service is incredible. They really do go above and beyond for their clients to make sure you’re satisfied and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Jamie helped us pick out my engagement ring and wedding band. We had ideas of what we wanted prior and she found us exactly what we wanted while sticking in our budget! RecommendedThere was no pressured sales feeling during the entire process. I walked in having never bought a piece of jewelry in my life and was pretty nervous. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Kyle was exceptionally helpful with finding the perfect ring. My fiance's friends compiled a list for me of different details and styles that she was hoping for in the “ring of her dreams”. Dick and Erin are awesome! They both worked long distance with my fiancé. Dick made sure my fiancé was able to pick out the ring he wanted. He sent videos of different rings, spent time on the phone explaining diamonds, and much much more. Absolutely amazing customer service.
