Have been chasing the return of my deposit since the end of July. The staff have fobbed me off with false and incorrect information all the way through passing responsibility to other parties, ignoring calls and emails. Sophie Hodgson specifically has the poorest customer care and has ignored my emails and calls regarding getting my deposit back. I will be making complaints as per the TDS scheme since they have failed to meet their obligation to return my deposit within 10 days of my request. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
As always, brilliant service by Josh, our property manager, who sorted out an issue with our plumbing! Keep it up!
