Had an appointment to view a property and Dixons didn’t show up. We called multiple times, no answer. No reply to our voicemails. What a disgrace. We travelled from very far and wasted time and energy. Landlords be aware before appointing them.
Jess has been amazing to show me around the property and guiding me through the tenancy process. She has been very calm and patient through all my questions. Overall it has been a lovely experience.
