Best meat in the area hands down. 1. Amazing Mini sliders: baseball size rounds of ground prime rib, grab their sharp cheddar to top along with your choice of toppings on a split Hawaiian roll. 2. Fantastic meatballs: 50/50 Mix 1 lb All American ground and 1 lb breakfast sausage ground, 2 eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, 3/4 cup milk. Mash up in approx 1inch balls. For extra flavor explosion stuff with cheese (I used grated Manchego) Bake 400F x12-15min.

This is the only place in St George that we get meat. It is superb. The customer service is exceptional and the quality of meat is beyond any other I have had. I might be gushing but it's because these deserve the praise. We love Dixie Meats.
