We bought one of Dixie Meats stuffed rolled roasts. When I asked how to cook it I was told to "put it in crock pot in the paper it was wrapped in with 1/2 c water on low for 8 hours". Simply fabulous!! My husband said it was so good it is sinful! The next time I cook this, instead of water I will use red wine! Thanks Adam! You make it worth our trip to St George!!

I picked up some BBQ marinated chicken, teriyaki steak and "the best dang pork in town" and cooked it up for dinner tonight. It was AMAZING!! We felt like we were eating out at a high end steakhouse while sitting in our own home. I will be going there again and again!

Dixie Meats has the best quality meat in Utah, hands down. Adam really knows his stuff and it shows in how great the food tastes and how clean the shop is. I highly recommend trying some of the "best damn pork in town" or any of their in-house made sausages!
