I ordered a king-size foam Mattress on 16-10-24 and was delivered to my garden in my absence on 18-10-24. I opened the packing and discovered that it was a plain foam wrapped. I also measured the width and it was 100cm. I complained about the width of the mattress that it can never be a king sized bed which is 150cm wide. Secondly, it looked more of a foam than a mattress from the transparent plastic wrap. So, I decided not to unwrap it to facilitate easy return. Very useful
Tell your boys to stop selling fake products on Facebook under the name of Divan beds, using your POS during delivery. I need my money returned in full for damaged, low quality and not useful bed delivered to me. I will file a court case with your company, because I have full bank receipts of this transaction made to your company.
I would not buy from this company I got a bed delivere damaged and they haven’t offered replacement of refund and I will be taking them to court which will costs the company more than just replacing it, bed, fees, and compensation for all the contact I have had with them not responding. Deffo Wouldn’t buy from these people
