Pete at Distinct Mortgages was our absolute saviour throughout our whole mortgage journey. During the beginning of the pandemic when certain mortgage products were pulled it was becoming increasingly difficult to find the 90% loan to value product at a good rate. We were told by other brokers that there was only one lender offering a good rate on the 90% loan to value and were only releasing a handful of this product per day.
