Did a focus group study some months ago now, and Discovery apparently enlisted the help of an entity called the Insights shop to provide payment to survey participants. As a survey participant not optimistic I will ever see the funds owed for participating in this focus group. The Insights shop unfortunately appears to be some sort of scam.
We recently worked together with Discovery Research on a large tender for one of our clients. Discovery had been recommended to us by a professional partner, and from the offset was helpful, transparent and honest about their capability and capacity to take on the tender.
