William called me to buy my used truck from me here in Indiana. He was very polite and did not lowball me, we ended up agreeing on a very fair price. Dean came to pick it up and couldn't have been a nicer guy very professional. They are definitely a very professional organization I would do business with them again
I bought a used jeep here and was told it's perfect, low miles one owner, our mechanic has done a whatever amount inspection and it's perfect. The inspection turns out to be coat the whole underside with spray coating so a customer can't see all the rust, brakes wore out , axle locks don't work, lights don't work , but it's practically new , once the loan goes through they are done talking to you just go away.
Wonderful place for first time car buyers. Travis was our salesperson and he has been so patient with us and all of our questions. All of the staff is very friendly and eager to help. Really nice selection of very clean, very well kept, used cars. We love our new ride. �
I bought my 07 Tahoe from here in November after SEVERAL trips through the lot and going through 3 maybe 4 salesmen. Caleb finally landed the sale. He listened to what I was saying and paid attention and didn't give up on me. He sent me the pictures I requested and didn't think I was too strange. (Well maybe he did). Only complaint I had would be the last minute change in paperwork by Joe the finance guy the day I was picking up the Tahoe and while I was in a hurry which ran my payment up by $10 or $15. Traveled all the way from Daytona Beach, Florida to pick up my ZL1. Had a great experience with Travis and the rest of the team at Discovery. They are understanding people and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with a purchase. Great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles as well. Check them out!
Sales manager wasn't able to make a deal... he wasnt a very flexable negotiator nor super friendly... sales guy was nice
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Purchased a 70k dollar pickup truck and after 2 months have yet to receive my permanent registration and license plate. Local DMV said they have not been contacted. They do NOT take care of their promises.
I would not recommend this joke of a dealership! When you purchase a vehicle from them they do not give a damn about you! We gave them a days notice that we would be there and the vehicle wasn't cleaned and they didn't know where the keys were. They all have horrible customer service!!!! I called to speak to a manager who I thought would be concerned yeah right all he had to say was I don't know what you want me to do about it.
The best place I ever found to deal with they are honest reliable would recommend dealing with them
