Went to Boone today to look at a car I saw online. Had a great experience. Purchased the car I wanted and got a really good deal. I was happy with all the staff there and especially Travis. A good place to do business.
Just a great dealership, super easy to make a purchase with, and the wonderful salesmen will bend over backwards and split at the seams to satisfy me or any buyer. I bought a used Subaru impreza from Discovery.. Great car with loads of life at a great price. I will go back again to purchase another car....

The only good thing out of my experience was the salesman helping me. I'm new to the car buying experience and what an awful experience I had. The owner and I exchanged words and because I was so frustrated with my experience I said a couple of cuss words. He also questioned whether or not I was actually a Christian because I cussed. I guess he is a perfect man who doesn't sin!!!??? I am not trying to justify my actions but this business won't last long treating people the way I was treated!
I would not advise my worst enemy in spending your hard earned money at this establishment. Evil people! West Jefferson and wilkesboro are worth the drive to go to a actual quality GM dealership!
Wanted to give a shout out to Jay Vestal and the Sales Team at Discovery Chevrolet Buick and GMC of Boone. Sherry Baucom and I traded with them for a Silverado Z71 this past week and the experience was just unbelievable! This group truly understands the meaning of service and were eager to earn our business. That aspect was so refreshing as most dealerships have lost that connection with their customers. Jay and team really made us feel our business was wanted and earned a loyal customer in the process.
They were good to me and I had a nice experience. Jeremy and Marvin were very pleasant to work with, and treated me with respect. We came to an agreement and they were easy to work with. I have only one experience with this dealership but based on that, I would definitely return again.
Great people, great place for service sales and body shop work!
