I've always dealt with the service side of the dealership in having my truck serviced. The biggest reason for going there was honesty and great service. But up after this new owner took over its gone downhill bad just because of the new owners changing things that were working for both the customers and the dealership. Now they got rid of the best part of service which was heather the manager!!! Huge mistake. When this dealership changed owners the mentality became unfriendly. The service dept stayed friendly and willing to help until they got rid of the one who built and kept great relationships with customers. I hope they realize the impact their actions have made at this small town dealership. People talk and word of mouth is key in a small town!
