RecommendedFound a discovery used car online. Kaleb and Jordan worked with me to figure out if it was the car and price for me. Kaleb could be seen as a pressure salesman but honestly his drive to make the deal helped as he got me a great deal on my trade. The after the sale service appears enticing. Puts Discovery ahead of others.
Probably the worst experience buying a car, ever. They were dishonest from the start and forced us into a car that we didn’t want with a high payment that we didn’t want by telling us we had no options. We had options. We were there for over 8 hours. We had our car for weeks and they were still calling us back with mistakes, complications and we had to go back twice and resign papers that were suppose to be taken care of the first time. Bought a truck there, they didn't tell us it had been involved in some sort of wreck, they over charged for it, then used straight unmixed acid in the acid wash they offered up, which is how we discovered the Bondo from the wreck it had been it. Plus the salesman, Travis, was a complete jerk.
