I would just like to thank everybody at Discovery Chevrolet Buick GMC for a very pleasant and easy sales experience. First of all there was Lexi Ball who was an absolutely wonderful young lady who sold me our truck. Then there was Jeremy, who with Lexi, walked around one cold, rainy evening in the rain, for over an hour looking at various trucks with me. I was as at Discovery Chevrolet this week because I was told that my car was a total loss from an accident. Immediately I started looking for a car. Lexi is the first salesperson that approached me and suggested that I test drive 3 vehicles. I did and the next day I purchased a brand new Subaru Forester. . I have been in the auto business for 30 years , never have I witnessed such an unethical dealership. I found that the management was inept and very uninformed as to how a auto dealership should be run . The sales staff new nothing about what they were selling . Two words - a joke

Worst car buying experience ever. They sold us a car, said they would fix things and that it has passed all their inspections. Well, once we bought and tried to get in touch with someone about the repairs... everyone had seemed to forget their promise of repairs. I didn’t have the car for a week and the check engine light came on.After much stress and multiple ignored emails, they finally fixed a few of the items. 4 months later, we are still fixing things on this car at our expense. Stoped in there today to see if they had any deals. Found some nice vehicles, but the customer service is not that great. None of the employees are willing to budge on any of the prices even knowing I have the cash in hand. Some of the employees are snobby and unrealistic about how automotive sales actually work. It is both sad and scary to witness a dealership like this try to take advantage of good people. They have no discount for a United States veteran or at the very least someone with the cash in hand. We were absolutely blown away by the service we received. I mean best experience we have ever had when it came to buying a vehicle. My husband is an Army veteran, and the care and compassion that we saw and felt was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for everything, and we will definitely be back!
