The worst Company I deal with I will never ever recommend anybody to order any wheels from them they screw me for $2500 they sold me some rams with fucked up tire The stop answering my call Keep me on hold Every time I call I would never recommend anybody!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered 4 tires and rims on their website to include free mount and balancing. Got a call and email that all of the sudden they didn't have the wheels I ordered and upsold me another wheel but then couldn't mount and balance. Received 2 tires only, they don't know where the other 2 are, customer service won't answer calls nor call me back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
Terrible customer service. Ordered a Set of 5 RIMs and Tires, with pressure sensors in April. They arrived in May and one rim was scratched. Contacted the company immediately and they said they would look into it. Exchanged emails, calls with them and it took till Sept to get the RIM exchanged. The replacement RIM took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The rim arrived and it was the wrong damn size. Took another 3 weeks to get them to exchange the rim. THEFT BY DECEPTION!! if purchasing any items from DWW. You will receive your tracking info immediately after your order confirmation, don't think your order has shipped. It's been 2 weeks since my order was placed. The only item I received is my lug nuts. After contacting dww I was told my wheels had not left the warehouse. Read all reviews and don give them the benefit of doubt. My name is Gary Harvey and they screwed me!!!
Horrible! Stay away!
We ordered a full set of tires and rims from this company. After the order was placed, they called and said they didn't have that exact item in stock and suggested a replacement item for a slightly higher price. We agreed and when they were delivered the bolt pattern was wrong and they did not fit on our car. We have been attempting to get this fixed for weeks and cannot get anyone to work with us by phone, email, or live online chat (which is now conveniently gone from their site).
