Terrible customer service. Ordered a Set of 5 RIMs and Tires, with pressure sensors in April. They arrived in May and one rim was scratched. Contacted the company immediately and they said they would look into it. Exchanged emails, calls with them and it took till Sept to get the RIM exchanged. The replacement RIM took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The rim arrived and it was the wrong damn size. Took another 3 weeks to get them to exchange the rim. shadiest company around! they confirm an order and charge your card then call you 24hrs later saying they need to charge an extra $150! selling wheels they don't even verify are in stock! beware of michael legget extension 922! scumbags!
On august 26th I placed an order for some wheels and tires. This package included TPMS sensor (pre-programmed) and lug nuts all vehicle specified. After all packages came in I had local shop mount, balance and install sensors. After taking wheels back garage to install first thing I notice is lug nuts didn't fit so I end up having to buy a new set. This place is a joke!! and they are rude assholes!! The tires they are trying to sell me are outdated, not in production by Michelin, tire has a life shelf and can be dangerous if they are not used in a certain period of time. They have canceled my order 2 times now because my billing address is a PO Box and my shipping address is not the same as my billing address. WTF they tell me its for fraud prevention. would not send me replacement locking socket for lugs after 2 weeks of buying 1200 rims from them they suck
I had a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable rep. Got the tires I wanted, (I researched them fully), in just 2 days. Had them mounted and speed balanced in my hometown, with 2 oz. or less, of weights on each one. Good price, fast shipping, I am happy.
AVOID!!! Took 1 month of constant emails and calls to get wheels and tires. They don't answer emails!!! When wheels and tires arrived 1 wheel was bent and your was flat! I sent wheel back and they tried to accuse me of mounting then and damaging then by hitting pot hole!! SMDH. I Sent them Screenshot of the time FedEx delivered 11:49am and time that I emailed them informing them of issue 12:29pm! I'm STILL waiting for this to get resolved.
