Durango got new shoes.... I ordered a set of Giovanna Wheels, within two weeks these 22's were sitting pretty on my whip. Took a had look at some others 24's however made the correct decision. In New Jersey we have serious pot holes and you are going to meet one someday...Sonny did an awesome job helping me select the perfit fit.

I put in a order for a set of tires with Sunny on November 19, 1919. The Sales Representative was excellent, he was patience with me, he knew the best tire products that would be best for for my vehicle, very professional & went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks for all of your hard work Sunny.

Sunny took care of me and actually found the exact wheels I was looking for which were hard to locate anywhere online in the color I wanted & best of all cheaper than any other site. Definitely good people & recommend. Thanks again man

Worst customer service I've ever had! Ordered tires and can't be home to sign for them. refused to help with an address change or any way to get the tires. Was told if they can't be signed for they would be sent back and I had to pay shipping and a 20% restock fee. I have NEVER had this issue with Tire Rack or any other company for that matter. Do yourself a favor and order from Tire Rack and save yourself the headache.

This place has unbeatable pricing on rim and tire packages. I dealt with Devon Morgan when I called to purchase and could not have asked for a better sales associate. Outstanding customer service, definitely will be dealing with him on my next purchase. Thanks Devon!

My first time buying wheels and tires online. I was apprehensive about the whole process. At Discounted Wheel Warehouse the prices, selection, quality and shipping were all good. Have to say Devon Morgan, the sales guy took his time to explain the choices, comparisons and offered helpful advice. He went over and above explaining why the tires rims and lugnuts were matched due to custom design. Lastly, I didn't remember to purchase anti-theft nuts which Devon included in my order. Saved the day. Definitely shop her again!

Devon was the 1 I dealt with. Which is a great deal when you have detailed ?'s. Having 1 serious & very helpful Tech, helping you get measurements & accuracy for the look you want & can get on your specifics of your Car,Trucks,SUVs, Devon knows alot. So looking for wheels on my baby the details do matter for proper perfect fit. Devon, was very helpful with explaining the rims detail to me. After speaking with him I made the decision to purchase the wheels. They had the lowest price for this specific wheels and I check a lot of places to match their price. I ordered a specific set of wheels that were discussed in detail with a sales rep that ensured me would fit my vehicle. However, after having them mounted by a very reputable/credible installer they DID NOT fit my vehicle and I was holding an installation bill caused by their mistake ! I immediately notified them of the problem, but for over a week now have been ignored....apparenty their customer support is non-existance !
